1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from May 8, 2019 to June 14, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
3. The portion claimed in excess of 12% per annum from June 15, 2019, among damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) is dismissed.
