1. Defendant A

A. From April 20, 2013 to April 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s residence of the Japan Kentent E-building B 201; (b) opened an illegal sports soil site operated by F on the website; and (c) opened a domestic or foreign sports sports sports sports sports competition site posted on the said website in a way that the Defendant would not receive a refund of the betting amount if the Defendant was unable to win the betting ticket; and (d) opened the said website by way of remitting KRW 16,200,000 for a total amount of 14 times, including deposit of KRW 9 million in the H account known to the said website.

As a result, the defendant was stuffed by a person who issued sports betting tickets or similar things to the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who correctly predicted the result.

B. On April 19, 2013, from around July 26, 2013 to around July 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with C, while knowing that C was aware of the fact that the winning rate would be high in the sports sports betting, the Defendant sent KRW 46,279,00 in total to 27 occasions with the Republic of Korea, the citizens, and the head of the Busan Bank passbook; and (b) C, as seen above, sold the money transferred to C on behalf of the Defendant on the website of illegal sports earth.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C in collusion with the Seoul Olympic Games Commemorative Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and provided property or financial benefits to those who win the result.

C. The Defendant, along with N, paid a server amounting to KRW 800,000 per month through an enterprise called “O” by conducting Internet search between the end of August 2013 and the beginning of September 2013, and paid the server cost equivalent to KRW 800,000 per month between N and N from the end of August 2013 to September 201, P.
