1. As to the Plaintiff, Defendant B’s KRW 286,80,000, Defendant C, D, and E, respectively, and each of the said money, respectively. < Amended by Act No. 1991, Aug. 8, 2017>

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 9, 2007, the Plaintiff and F’s agreement was signed with F on January 9, 2007, with the following: (a) a cash custody certificate stating that “The Plaintiff shall enter into an agreement with the Plaintiff and the borrower to pay the amount of KRW 720,400,000 per annum, interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, repayment date, and this fund by settling accounts after three years (hereinafter “Agreement 1”).”

2) On February 28, 2007, the Plaintiff drafted a loan certificate stating “140,000,000,000 interest per annum, 24% per annum, debtor F, and creditor” (hereinafter “Agreement 2”).

B. The F’s death and the Defendants’ inheritance F of the Defendants died on October 29, 2007, and there were Defendant B (Inheritance Shares 3/9), who is the spouse, Defendant C, D, and E (each inheritance shares 2/9).

C. The Defendants entered into a real estate sales contract with G on September 6, 2010 (hereinafter “H”)

(2) On July 15, 201, the Defendants concluded a sales contract with J to sell K and 5 parcels for KRW 300,000,000, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with the J on July 18, 201.

In addition, on June 4, 2012, the Defendants entered into a sales contract with L Co., Ltd. to sell I and five parcels of land in KRW 1,000,000,000, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with L Co., Ltd. on July 26, 2012.

3) The Defendants are the Asan City N (hereinafter “N”) between M on August 31, 2015.

O and one other entered into a sales contract to sell the purchase price of KRW 354,000,00, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the above lands to M on November 11, 2015.

In addition, on July 12, 2017, the Defendants concluded a sales contract with P to sell Q and one parcel of land for KRW 350,000,000 between Q and P, and on August 1, 2017.
