절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On August 13, 2013, around 07:30 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the victim D, who takes a bath, using the gap in the display stand of the fourth-story of the Seo-gu Daejeon building, using the said gap in which the victim D, who took a bath, was in a locking room; (b) KRW 400,000,000 won in cash owned by the victim D; (c) KRW 400,000 won in agricultural and fishery products gift certificates; (d) KRW 3,000,000 won in a credit card; and (e) KRW 70
B. On August 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:05, at the escape room of the fourth female shotle of the building C, the Defendant: (b) reported the victim E’s string away the string of the instant 4th female shotle of the building; and (c) took away the 3.50,000 won of cash owned by the victim E, and the 600,000 won of the 2nd credit card, etc., consisting of the victim E’s stringing of his/her own property.
C. On August 22, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim F was set up a galthot cell phone on the floor and galthot thalthum room of the above C building, and that the victim F laid down the cell phone on the floor, and stolen the mobile phone at a level equivalent to one million won at the market price of the above mobile phone.
On August 30, 2013, at around 13:30 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid down the 4th female sponsor of the above C building in a three-story, and (b) laid down the key of the victim G in a shower box; and (c) laid down one gate containing two hundred thousand won in cash owned by the victim G with the key of the spacker box, and then laid down the spacker as the key.
E. At around 15:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken a bath at the 4th female boomer of the building C, and taken the key to the object in the boom by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim H was able to take a bath at the brush; (b) taken the brush at the brush; and (c) 200,000 won at the brush of the victim H, which contained KRW 40,000,000,000,000,000 won of the brush owned by the victim.
