【2017 Highest 140】 Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Jinwon District Court’s Jinju branch on August 30, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 20, 2017.

1. On July 7, 2017, at the main point of "E" operated by the victim D in Jinju City C and the victim D in the first floor, the Defendant: (a) cut off one of the mobile phone numbers in the market price of Samsung Galle, which is the victim’s possession in the closed room by using the gaps in which the victim was divingd; (b) 1, Hyundai Card 1, citizen card 1, resident registration certificate 1, and market price of KRW 700,00,000, which is the victim’s possession in the closed room; and (c) 2, fraud on February 2, 201.

A. On October 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on the main point of “H” operated by the Victim G G in the Chungcheongbuk-gun F, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price, the Defendant issued an order to pay the price as if he would normally pay the price; (c) and (d) the Defendant got the victim from receiving a total of KRW 120,000,000 from the victim.

B. On October 8, 2017, at around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) was provided with music service, alcoholic beverage, and alcoholic beverage, etc. from the victim J, which was operated by the Chungcheongbuk-gun I, despite the Defendant’s lack of intent or ability to pay the said amount; (b) ordered the payment of the said amount as if the Defendant would normally pay the said amount; and (c) obtained the said amount from the victim with music service, alcoholic beverage, and alcoholic beverage, etc. at least KRW 120,00 from the victim.

3. On October 9, 2017, around 00:21, the Defendant invadedd a structure into the “Nel” operated by the victim M in Chungcheongnam-gun L, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and went into the 203 family room without the consent of the victim, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim.
