On September 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to the punishment for larceny, fraud by using computers, etc., and intrusion on structures at the Incheon District Court on September 26, 2017, and was exempted from the execution of the punishment on December 30, 2017, by special amnesty on December 30, 2017.

1. Infringed buildings, theft by computer monitors, and attempted larceny;

A. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the “F” room operated by the victim E on the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, and the first floor; (b) went into the office with the entrance door opened in the mind of theft; and (c) stolen with one computer monitoring unit equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price owned by the victim, using a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

B. On April 21, 2018, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) entered and intruded with “I” the victim H, operated by Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Nam-gu G, with an open entrance; (b) used a gap in the victim’s surveillance in order to steal the goods; (c) had two computer monitors equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price on the store floor; and (d) had not been discovered and attempted by the victim while having two computer monitors in excess of KRW 50,00 in the market price on the store floor.

2. The thieves theft;

A. On March 3, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of an unclaimed male (20 first half) with the victim’s name unclaimed male (20 first half) with the victim’s name, who was on the tables between the opening of a locking place, in the “KPC room” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J 2, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) committed a theft of the market price, wherein the victim’s cash possessed by the victim was 76,000 won.

B. On March 17, 2018, at around 20:00, the Defendant, at “MPC room” located on the 6th floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu LPC Building, the Defendant: (a) stolened the victim’s name-unclaimed male (20 seconds first); (b) the victim’s resident registration certificate located on the table; (c) the victim’s resident registration certificate located on the table; and (d) the unclaimed wall at the market price located on the body card two pages.
