1. Details of the disposition;
A. On June 2, 2008, the Plaintiff entered the C Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and served as the head of the Health Examination Center from March 2011.
B. On November 15, 2012, the Plaintiff prepared to work at home at around 07:00, and responded to the Plaintiff’s blood, and confirmed to the Plaintiff’s blood, and was transferred to the Aju University Hospital located at around 10:00, while he was diagnosed with acute cardio-cerebral typosis and being diagnosed with the first aid treatment in 08:15.
C. A. On March 201, the Plaintiff asserted that: (a) opened a health examination center at C Hospital; (b) left the position of the head of the office; (c) carried out an excessive work for a long time while serving as the head of the health examination center and the head of the external cooperation office; (d) from October 201, the number of the “health examination” conducted by visiting each place of business from September 201 to the rapid increase in the work volume; and (e) three from the end of August 2012 to the poor working environment, three of the total seven of the employees of the health examination center were dismissed in order from the health examination center to the excessive stress.
