Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not infringe the defendant's right of defense, some of the charges were revised without amendment of indictment procedures.
1. No person who violates the Natural Parks Act shall do any act of piling up or combining buildings which are feared to impair the scenery, or impede the conservation and management of a natural park, and other acts and things prescribed by Presidential Decree, in a park area, other than a park project;
The Defendant, from January 10, 2017 to January 31, 2020, set up a coordinate in the vicinity of Gwangju City to sell alcoholic beverages, such as galking, and stored articles necessary for business in a park area.
Accordingly, the defendant performed an act of piling up goods in a park area without permission from the park management authority in addition to park projects.
2. No person shall load goods without obtaining permission or in violation of any of the details of permission in a development restriction zone in violation of the Act on Special Measures for Designation and Management of Development Restriction Zones;
Nevertheless, from January 10, 2017 to January 31, 2020, the Defendant committed an act of piling up goods necessary for business as criminal facts of Section 1 in the vicinity of Gwangju City from Gwangju City to January 31, 202 in the development restriction zone.
Accordingly, the defendant did not obtain permission, and he stored goods in development restriction zones.
3. Any person who violates any of the provisions of Article 36 (1) of the Food Sanitation Act shall report to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, by type of business or place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree
The Defendant, without reporting food service business (general restaurants) to the competent authority, provides the competent authority with vegetables and galms in the neighboring street of Gwangju City from January 10, 2017 to January 31, 2020.
