1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
However, among the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, the "70,939,979 won" in the third bottom of the judgment shall be added to "70,939,979 won" in the principal.
2. According to the conclusion, the judgment of the first instance, which received both the Plaintiff’s claims against the Defendants, is justifiable.
Therefore, all appeals by the defendants are dismissed.
