A and B Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant C's imprisonment for one year, Defendant D, E, and F, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

1. Defendant A paid 50,00 won each to children and youth N (n (n, 13 years old, hereinafter referred to as "N," hereinafter) and L (n, 12 years old, hereinafter referred to as "L"), each of which was known through the mobile phone sign site on the MOA car parked on the road of 20:00 Gwangju Mine-dong around the lower end of June, 2013, and had his/her sexual flag enter as soon as the Defendant’s sexual organ until December 24, 2013, and had his/her female enter as soon as possible, as shown in attached Table 1, to purchase child and youth sex on eight occasions in total.

2. Around July 1 to 8, 2013, Defendant B, within an unmanned telecom with which the trade name located in the advanced district of 16:00 Gwangju Mine District is unknown, the Defendant: (a) paid 40,000 won to N and L, a child or youth, who became aware of through the mobile phone “plastic Stockholm”; and (b) made L, as soon as the Defendant’s sexual organ, entered the Defendant’s sexual organ, and (c) committed an act of purchasing child or youth sex on 16 occasions in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from January 7, 2014 to January 7, 2014.

3. Around August 1 to 9, 2013, Defendant C, within an unmanned telecom with which the trade name located in 18:00 Gwangju Mine-dong, was unknown, Defendant C, by paying KRW 20,00 to N and L, a child or youth, who became aware of through the mobile phone fuseet, and had them enter the Defendant’s sexual organ as soon as possible, and had them enter the Defendant’s sexual organ more than four times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 3, from that time.

4. Defendant D’s Defendant 40,000 won each of the Defendant’s sexual organ was paid to N and L, a child or juvenile, who became aware of through the cell phone “plastic Stockholm” site on the O-vehicle parked on the 18:30 Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and had them enter the Defendant’s sexual organ from that time until December 13, 2013, as well as until December 18:00.
