1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 24, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, who indicated the claim, borrowed a sum of 50 million won from the Plaintiff during the period from June 8, 2012 to March 25, 2013, but did not pay the claim in full (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
