A. (1) On July 22, 2010, the Plaintiff was a person who wholesaleed livestock products from around July 2, 2010 to “B,” and the Defendant is a company established for the purpose of business relating to the production of valleys, such as incubation, breeding, and mooring. 2) The Plaintiff began to be supplied with mooring from May 201 to the Defendant.

On July 15, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a contract document with the following contents:

The “A” of Article 2 (Products Products Products Products Products Products Products Products) of the Trade Agreement (A) is to supply the products produced at the factory of “A” to “B” by classifying them into the meat, scopic meat, scopic meat, earth and chickens, partial meat, cut meat, and processed products.

Article 3 (Goods Orders) “B” shall send the order quantity as of the date of shipment to “A” by wire by no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day, and shall confirm the receipt of the order.

When it is impossible to take over at the shipment site of “A” due to the circumstances referred to in “B”, “A” may, at the request of “B”, vicariously carry out transportation to the warehouse of “B”. In such cases, transportation expenses shall be borne by “B”.

(Provided, That if there is a defect in a product, “B” shall be promptly notified to “A” and the product shall be returned or replaced at the time of the occurrence of the product’s defect, and where the product’s defect does not occur due to the cause attributable to “A”, “B” shall not be charged to “A”. “A” is attached to the unit price contract of the product at the time of the conclusion of this contract.

Article 10 (Payment of Product Price) "B" shall transfer the product price to the account of "A" in cash on the day.
