The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below is just in holding that the court below convicted Defendant A of all of the charges of this case, the points of false accusation, the points of false accusation, and the perjury against Defendant B, on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
