A. Article 4. Defrayment of Expenses and Payment of Service Costs

1. Although the continuous implementation of the project is uncertain, the costs incurred until the approval of the district unit plan shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

2. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff 1% of the total sales (the sales calculated in accordance with the business plan) at the service cost for the management of the development project, such as the promotion of the authorization and permission, etc., and

In addition, the sales agency fee for the performance of the sales business under Article 2 (1) 8 shall be paid at 4.5% of the sales price's factory and 6.5% of the sales price.
