A. On January 18, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a construction design service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following contents that the Defendant shall pay 148 million won as the service price (excluding value-added tax) to the Plaintiff when the Plaintiff, in relation to apartment houses (urban-type residential housing), business facilities (offices), and construction plans and shop design services, etc. on the land outside the Seoul-gu and four parcels, which the Defendant is proceeding. Accordingly, the Defendant paid 44.4 million won as the down payment (including value-added tax) to the Plaintiff.

Article 3 (Scope of Services) The scope of services the “Defendant” contracts to “B” (Plaintiffs) shall be as follows:

(1) Amending a construction plan and shop design services.

1. Overall control over administrative affairs involving building permission, preparation of books and permission for architecture;

2. Design of structures, civil engineering, landscaping, machinery and equipment, and electric installations;

3. Preparation of drawings and specifications for construction works (a variety of statements and specifications);

4. Advice on insignificant matters arising from the Corporation;

5. Review and reflection of architectural drawings based on the tegrology books;

6. Preparation of a plan for admission into a building and an aerial view map;

7. Examination of design and landscaping of rain and sewage in the site.

1. A man-made design and a statement of calculated quantity;

2. Various assessment books (total pollution load, noise, traffic, etc.);

3. Land-related affairs, geological surveys, boundary surveys, current status surveys, etc.

4. The service costs and the timing for payment that “A” pays to “B” in Article 4 (Authorization, etc. for Implementation of Urban Planning) of development activities and urban-related affairs (payment of service costs) are as follows:
