1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff (designated parties) and the appointed parties each amount indicated in the "total" column in the attached prize amount sheet.
1. Basic facts
A. The parties are corporations established with the purpose of raising, operating, and managing funds in order to support projects related to promoting national sports, enhancing the level of sports games, and fostering juveniles, and to commemorate the Seoul Olympic Games, and to conduct projects related to sports science research. The plaintiffs and the designated parties are those in general service and research service who work in the defendant's workplace.
B. The main contents of the Defendant’s employees’ annual salary rules and performance bonus rules applicable to the Plaintiff and the designated parties regarding the payment of the Defendant’s wages and various allowances are as follows.
[Personnel's Annual Salary Rules] Article 2 (Scope of Application) of the General Provisions of Chapter I applies to general service and research service (hereinafter "employee").
Article 3 (Definitions of Terms) The definitions of terms used in this Regulation shall be as follows:
1. The term "compensation" means the total amount of annual salary and extra-annual salary allowances;
2. An annual salary means the aggregate of the following basic annual salaries and sexuality and annual salaries paid for one year from January 1 to December 31 of each year:
The term "basic annual salary" means the total amount of a basic salary and a job-based salary.
1) A basic salary refers to a salary which serves as the basis for the adjustment of an annual salary as a basic salary in relation to his/her duties. 2) A job-based salary refers to a salary paid according to the degree of duty, difficulty,
(b) A performance-based incentive means a monthly wage paid according to the previous year's evaluation results;
3. Monthly amount of an annual salary means an amount calculated by dividing the annual salary by 12;
4. Non-annual allowances means various allowances not included in the annual salary;
Chapter II: Calculation of annual salary and method of payment under Article 4 (Timing of Payment, etc.) (1) shall be paid once a month, and the date of payment shall be the 20th day of the relevant month.
Provided, That if the payment date is a holiday or Saturday, it shall be paid on the preceding day.
(2) The remuneration calculation period of employees shall begin on the first day of each month.
