Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative director of Gangnam-gu Seoul Company C, is a general restaurant operator in the name of “E” from the excursion ship wharf “D” at the same place, and F is a person who receives incentives from the Defendant for monthly salary and the number of customers, and runs an entertainment drinking club-type business using weekends in the above “E”.

Any person who intends to run an entertainment tavern business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with F, conducted entertainment bar business without obtaining permission from the head of Gangnam-gu Office from May 31, 2013 to June 05:00, 2013, with the following special lighting equipment: (a) from around 20:0 to around 05:00, 5:6, 4, 4, 120, 120, 50, 50, 70, 70, 50, DJ performance books and sound equipment, kitchen facilities, and ice ice ice, etc.; and (b) entered the same by having DJ dance and sell drinking water to an unspecified number of customers.

Defendant and F conspired with others, from June 1, 2013 to June 05:00, to June 2, 2013; from June 7, 2013 to June 05:0, to June 8, 2013; from June 8, 2013 to June 05:0; and from June 14, 2013 to June 05:00 to June 15, 2013, Defendant and F engaged in an unauthorized entertainment bar in the same manner four times at the same place.
