1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 31, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 9, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 21,800,00 to the Defendant on the basis of the agreed payment date. The Plaintiff was not paid the said money by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
