The defendant is a person driving a vehicle B k3 driver.
The Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 38 km from the front of the office of Heung-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (PS & MARKING) to the front of the 296-1 PSW marketing (MAS & MAEING) office (PS & MARRING) to the front road of the Geum-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the driver’s license was suspended on December 9, 2016.
