1. The sale price of the real estate stated in the [Attachment] list and share indication shall be the auction and the auction cost shall be the cost.

Reasons

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the grounds for the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 5, the real estate indicated in the separate sheet and indication of share (hereinafter "the real estate of this case") are jointly owned by the plaintiff and the defendants according to the respective shares ratio of the plaintiff and the defendants stated in the above list. The real estate of this case has a substantial limitation in dividing the real estate of this case in kind as farmland, and the defendants also recognize the fact that the real estate of this case does not have any particular response to the plaintiff's claim for the auction division, and there are circumstances where it is difficult to devise other methods such as the settlement division. 2. In conclusion, the real estate of this case is sold at auction and the amount remaining after deducting the auction cost from the sale price is distributed according to the share ratio of the plaintiff and the defendants. It is so decided as per Disposition.
