A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 3104] The Defendant is a North Korean resident who left North Korea and entered the Republic of Korea on February 18, 2006 while he was born in C Hasung-gun D and was residing in North Korea.
On July 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the Republic of Korea through China by pretending the status of a national after entering the Republic of Korea by pretending his/her former status as a new North Korean defectors who have difficulty in seeking any occupation due to his/her credit card loans, etc.; and (b) obtained the status of a national due to his/her failure to obtain any occupation due to his/her lack of occupation; and (c) was extinguished; and (d) he/she could receive support such as the principal of the settlement site in his/her name.
1. Forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On July 2017, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) requested a police officer from the North Korean Bracker, to escape from North Korea; (b) made a false statement; (c) went to the Thailand from the Incheon International Airport to the Thailand after going to the North Korean territory from the North Korean territory on July 30, 2017; and (d) reported that he/she was a North Korean citizen who escaped from North Korea to the North Korean territory and was admitted to the accommodation of the North Korean territory in Thailand.
