Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The judgment demanding the payment of loan lent by the Plaintiff to the Defendant on January 30, 2014 on August 31, 2014 without a interest agreement and on August 2, 2014: Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant is served with the original copy of the payment order, and the written objection is submitted; however, the written objection submitted by the Defendant is merely stated in the purport of objection against the payment order, and there is no indication of dispute over the Plaintiff’s assertion. Since the Defendant did not submit a written response and did not attend at the date of pleading, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to the confession under Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
