Reasons

According to the evidence and the purport of the whole pleadings submitted by the plaintiff, the plaintiff's obligation against the defendant is judged to be exempted from its liability pursuant to the main sentence of Article 566 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, so it is so decided as per Disposition
