1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 11,925,500 to Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 49,140,00 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them, from May 3, 2017 to November 2018.

Reasons

1. Details of ruling;

(a) Authorization and public notice of project implementation - Project name: Urban Planning Facility Project C Construction, Primary, and hereinafter referred to as “instant project”);

- Public notice of authorization for project implementation: D - Project implementer: Defendant on July 1, 2015

(b) The Central Land Expropriation Committee’s ruling on expropriation on March 9, 2017 - The object of expropriation is as indicated in attached Table 1, which is owned by the Plaintiffs, “subject matter of expropriation” - The starting date of expropriation: May 2, 2017: The amount indicated in the column for “amount of adjudication on expropriation” in attached Table 1.

C. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on an objection made on August 24, 2017 - The content of the ruling on an objection made by the Plaintiff: The dismissal of the Plaintiff’s objection, and the compensation for losses for expropriation to the Plaintiff B, as indicated in the “amount of adjudication” in the attached Table 1. - The appraisal corporation shall determine an increase in the amount as indicated in the “amount of adjudication” in the attached Table 1.

The result of the court appraiser I's appraisal (hereinafter referred to as "the result of the court appraisal") and the result of the request for supplemental appraisal 1) the first court appraisal: The court appraiser I shall have the respective lands listed in attached Table 1 and attached Table 2, which are owned by the plaintiff A (hereinafter referred to as "land 1 and 2 of this case").
