1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 11, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 7, 2014, from April 7 to May 10, 2016, Plaintiff 46,90,000 loans to the Defendant several times on May 10, 2016, the sum of KRW 47,00,000 in the principal borrowed to the Plaintiff on May 10, 2016, the Plaintiff shall be repaid on May 10, 2017, and an agreement for additional payment of damages for delay after the maturity of 15% per annum (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
