except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A is an employee of the construction company of a structure. B is a person who is called "C" as a person who has engaged in loan brokerage business through Internet car page, D is a person who is called "E" as a person who engages in loan brokerage business, and G is a person who is called "F" in the trade name of "H."

B received a call from Defendant A for a loan from Defendant A on August 2012, and Defendant A was in arrears with the card price and made it impossible to provide a loan due to lack of work. In collusion with G and D, Defendant A purchased a vehicle with a loan from a vehicle installment financing company in the name of Defendant A by obtaining a loan from the vehicle installment financing company under the name of Defendant A, and then borrowed money from the bond company as security and divided the amount into Defendants. G prepares a false certificate of employment, etc. as if the above Defendant A is in office as the manager of (State) H, the principal of which he is his representative, and D takes the role of having Defendant A purchase a vehicle with a loan from the vehicle installment company by Defendant A as security.

Accordingly, on September 6, 2012, Defendant A submitted a false certificate of employment and a certificate of income tax withholding to the employees of the said company at the office of the installment financing brokerage company, which is located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-dong 217 Oralgal gal gal gal gal gal gal gal Do, Seocho-gu, Seoul, to purchase used vehicles of 2006 Form BM750L equivalent to the market price of 32 million won in 2006, and Defendant A submitted a written contract for purchase of the said vehicle and an application for installment financing necessary for installment financing (35 million won in 36 months in 1,233,960 won in each month). G submitted it to the said employees by facsimile, as above, by submitting a false certificate of employment and a certificate of income tax withholding to the said employees, and without knowledge of the fact.
