Text
1. The defendant shall pay 143,200,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
(However, “interest in arrears by 15% per annum from March 4, 2018 to the full payment day after the last payment day of the agreed money” in paragraph (3) shall be amended to “interest in arrears by 12% per annum from the day after the judgment of this case to the full payment day”
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
