1. The Defendant, as of August 19, 2016, carried out a thief card owned by the victim B, which was placed in cash payments at the 464-4 agricultural North Korean branch, in the middle-gu, Daegu Central Office of Daegu.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Around August 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased one cigarette equivalent to KRW 45,00,00 from C, which is a convenience store located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as indicated in paragraph (1), and caused the victim to prepare a sales slips by suggesting the victim’s name in the name of the victim as if he/she was his/her own possession, and using a stolen physical card by signing his/her name, and by deceiving the victim as above, by deceiving the victim and deceiving him/her from delivery of KRW 45,00 of tobacco equivalent to KRW 45,00,00, which is owned by him/her, from around that time to around 07:13 of the same month, he/she used a stolen physical card over 13 times, such as the list of crimes, and acquired the property equivalent to KRW 329,60,700.
