Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the owner of the hanok-si Construction Work in the Asia-si F, and Defendant B is the head of the Working Group at the construction site above the waterways.
On May 5, 2014, at around 09:48, the Defendants issued a work instruction to the victim G (59 years of age) who is an employee in performing construction works to connect women to the roof trusses, which is a roof trusses, within the construction site of the hanok House.
