However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

No person shall move or arrange to move or arrange any foreigner who enters Jeju-do without the visa and has not obtained the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area from other areas within the territory of the Republic of Korea

C (C) On November 2012, 2012, upon receipt of a proposal from a Chinese national who entered the airport, etc. in Jeju-do without a visa, the first year imprisonment with labor for the first instance on May 25, 2016, and accepted the proposal from a Chinese national on his/her name (hereinafter referred to as "D") to move the foreigners who entered the airport, etc. in Jeju-do to other areas within the territory of the Republic of Korea, and to make two million won per foreign national on his/her own.

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at Jeju City, issued the direction of the above C and E (two years of suspended sentence, in January 17, 2013) and transferred F and G driver’s license from the Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese, and (b) on December 1, 2012, the Defendant went to a hotel located in Jeju International Airport without the visa on December 1, 2012, H (H and the sentence of suspended execution of two years in January 9, 2013), which is a Chinese national foreigner (H and the sentence of suspended execution of two years in January 8, 2013), I (I and the sentence of suspended sentence of two years in January 9, 2013, and the final and conclusive sentence of suspended sentence of two years in January 9, 2013).

Around 12:00 on December 3, 2012, the Defendant continued to use the aforementioned F and G driver's license, and C received 2 copies of the Jeju Kim Jong-si's boarding passes to the above H and I, by using the above F and G driver's license, and issued 2 copies of the above H and I's boarding passes to the above H and I's boarding passes to the above H and I's 10th boarding passes to the airport search zone with the above H and I's 10th boarding passes to the Jeju International Airport's Republic of Korea to move the above H and I to other areas outside Jeju-do's Republic of Korea.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with C, E, etc., intended to move a foreigner who did not obtain permission for extension of sojourn area to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, but the above E, etc. did not go through the wind of arresting the police officer.
