[2015 Highest 1414] On February 10, 2015, the Defendant cut off 280,000 won, agricultural credit card 1, 3 driver’s license 1, and 1,000 won at the market price of 10,000 won in cash within the lock-up owned by another victim, where the victim H neglected to exercise due care due to his/her game shot around 04:37, 2015.

[2015 Highest 1741] On February 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 09:18, in the PC room of the first basement in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, sought games from the back of the victim K in the game; and (b) in the key machine of the victim suffering from his will, the Defendant cut off one wall on the market price in which the victim’s cash owned by the victim, resident registration certificate, post card, and Nonghyup card are located.
