A. According to the respective statements and the overall purport of the arguments by Gap's evidence Nos. 2 through 5 (including a branch number), the plaintiff's husband Eul acquired membership rights listed in the attached list of the consortiums in the register of members on December 30, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "instant membership rights"), and Eul acquired the membership rights in the attached list of the consortiums in the register of members on June 22, 2019 and the plaintiff inherited the instant membership rights.

B. According to the above facts, since the plaintiff is the owner of the membership of this case (the defendant's assertion contrary thereto is not accepted), the defendant is obligated to implement the transfer procedure on the membership of this case to the plaintiff.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
