A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is in a de facto marital relationship with the victim C (math, 52 years of age) for about four years.
1. Injury;
A. On May 29, 2012, at around 22:00 on May 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant suffered an injury to the victim, i.e., the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol, on the ground that the victim remains diving in the room without leaving the house; (b) the victim was under the influence of 6 weeks on the left-hand side of the victim, which requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.
B. At around 02:00 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant found the victim hospitalized for the reasons as set forth in the following Paragraph 2 at the Gangnam-si Hospital 513 room located in Gangnam-si ro 30 (Macheon-dong), and, at the same time, the Defendant: (a) found the victim hospitalized on the ground of the reasons as set forth in the following Paragraph 2; (b) caused injury to the victim, such as the damage of the gire belt, the gire of the gire belt, and the damage of the gire line, which requires approximately seven weeks of treatment.
C. 2. A defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (inflicting by a group, deadly weapon, etc.) shall be Gangnam-si on February 6, 2013.
