However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant became aware of the fact that the contractor would refund the pre-paid money without verifying a separate personal information when cancelling the pre-contracted while assisting the contractor in cleaning, driving, etc. in the Dental Corporation located in Incheon Reinforcement-gun.

The defendant confirmed the status of the reservation and the payment of the reservation money on the penty website, and attempted to obtain the refund money from the defendant's account after cancelling the reservation as the contractor by telephone on the penty and cancelling the reservation.

Around April 24, 2014, the defrauded: (a) the Defendant called the Victim F, who operates the Incheon Strengthening Military E Bill using a public telephone, to the effect that he/she was the contractor; and (b) he/she was willing to cancel the reservation; (c) the Defendant was transferred KRW 150,000 from the victim to the said account in the name of the refund of the deposit amount. From around that time to September 30, 2014, the Defendant was issued KRW 2,146,000 in total by deceiving the victims by the same method six times in total through the public telephone, including the list of crimes (1) from that time; (d) on February 1, 2014, the Defendant attempted to receive money from the Defendant and the Defendant did not receive money from the Defendant to the victim who operated the Incheon Military Empi through the public telephone to return the deposit amount to the victim by the same method as the Defendant did not receive money from the Defendant.

From around that time to December 30, 2014, the Defendant attempted to induce victims by means of the same method twice in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from that time to December 30, 2014, but did not commit each attempted to indicate that the Defendant is not a contractor.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1122" shall take the front of the Incheon Reinforcement and Eup/Eup market around 14:30 on January 14, 2015.
