1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,407,850 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 4, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have reduced part of the claim regarding delay damages in the purport of the claim as ordered by public notice” (Article 3(1)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
