1. Of the instant lawsuit, all of the claims concerning E, 866 square meters shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are co-owners of F forest land of 15,240 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) at the time of Samyang-si, and the Defendants are co-owners of land of 866 square meters (hereinafter “E”) at the time of Sejong-do.
On June 3, 2015, the Defendants filed a lawsuit claiming partition of co-owned property against the Plaintiff on the instant land as the Gangseo-gu District Court 2015da3668.
However, as the boundary between the instant land and E is differently indicated in the forestry map and the cadastral map of E in the course of the field survey for the field appraisal, the appraisal could no longer proceed.
B. Accordingly, the appraiser in the lawsuit for partition of co-owned property, on September 23, 2015, submitted to Sam-si the correction result of the registered matters to correct the boundary in the forestry map of the land of this case according to the boundary in the cadastral map of E, and submitted to Sam-si the correction result of the registered matters (O.22) which corrected the boundary in this case to coincide with the boundary in E on September 23, 2015, and issued to the appraiser.
C. However, when the plaintiff filed a civil petition requesting the correction of errors in the cadastral map E, it is found that the correction of the registered matters (O.22) delivered to the appraiser prior to the correction of the registered matters through the forest map, forestry map, forestry map, etc., which is the preservation data, was erroneous and that the correction of the registered matters of the land of this case (O.30) was done

On October 16, 2015, a new map of the content of the correction of registered matters was prepared, and issued to an appraiser on October 16, 2015, and sent official notices to the Plaintiff and the Defendants on the application for the correction of registered matters. On October 28, 2015, the result of the application for the guidance on the correction of registered matters was notified to the Gangwon District Court.
Since then, the defendants filed a civil petition and an administrative appeal on three times against Sam-si, while the boundary of the land of this case should be set based on E cadastral map.
