1. Around May 23, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the victim’s cell phone store located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, that “The victim would receive monthly profits if he/she invests in the exporting enterprise of the motor vehicle, which would be able to receive monthly revenues and principal if he/she makes an investment.”

However, the defendant did not know about the automobile exporter, and even if he received money from the victim for the purpose of investment in the amount of KRW 63 million, he did not have any intent or ability to make repayment to the automobile exporter or otherwise to the victim.

Around May 23, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 4,998,00 from the victim through the Suhyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 4,98,00 from the Si to May 26, 2014, and acquired KRW 9,795,000 in total on three occasions from the Si to May 26, 2014.

2. Around July 4, 2014, the Defendant against the victim D made a false statement to the victim D, stating, “When investing in an enterprise exporting automobiles, he/she will receive monthly revenues and principal as he/she would receive monthly revenues.”

However, the defendant did not know about the automobile exporter, and even if he received money from the victim for the purpose of investment in the amount of KRW 63 million, he did not have any intent or ability to make repayment to the automobile exporter or otherwise to the victim.

Around July 4, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 5,00,000 from the victim through the Suhyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired the money by defrauding the total amount of KRW 18,50,000 from that time to September 12, 2014, as shown in the attached crime list, from that time.
