2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On April 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with Defendant C on April 2016, intended to purchase psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs (i.e., one-name clopon; hereinafter “copon”), and 40,000 won in the purchase price of copon to C.

C around the Daegu-gu D Park, around that time, approximately KRW 400,000 was 1g philopon from E.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, purchased approximately 400,000 g of philophones.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant conspired with Haman C to purchase phiphones, and gave C the purchase price of 40,000 won for phiphones.

C around that time, in its own car parked near the E’s house located in Daegu Jung-gu, Seoul, the above KRW 400,000 to E, and approximately KRW 1g of philopon from E.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, purchased approximately 400,000 g of philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03gh in a 5-story male toilet in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected with water into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On April 2016, 2016, the Defendant injectedd a 5th male toilet of H “H” in Daegu-gu G, with approximately 0.03g of Handphones into a single-use injection machine, melting them with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.
