The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 205,468,60 and KRW 179,520,00 among them, per annum from March 20, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to the evidence Nos. 1-1-2-2 of the evidence Nos. 1-2, the plaintiff lent money to the defendant as shown in the grounds for claim Nos. 205,468,600 won (=a total of KRW 25,948,600), and the overdue interest rate agreed upon by the plaintiff and the defendant is 10.8% per annum.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 205,468,600 won and the principal of 179,520,000 won with interest calculated at the rate of 10.8% per annum from March 20, 2020, which is the date following the calculation of interest.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
