On October 16, 2015, at around 03:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle specified in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of approximately 300 meters from the 300-meter radius to the front road of the apartment complex, i.e., the Southern-gun SU convenience store located in the academic community of Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun.

B. On October 16, 2015, around 04:40, the Defendant driven a vehicle described in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 1.2 km section from the front of the apartment complex to the front road of the Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, in which the Defendant was in charge of the management of the apartment complex, to the front road of the Hong-nam, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Seoul.

On October 16, 2015, around 06:0, the Defendant driven a car as stated in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license from around the front of the Hongnam Elementary School VU convenience shop, to the front of the Kingdom Center located in the apartment complex of about 2 km from the front of the Southern High School, to the front of the apartment complex of about 3 km.

On October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, from the front of the Kingdom of the above paragraph (c) around 09:00 to the front of the Southern Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, red-gun, over KRW 1km.
