1. The defendant shall pay 84,180,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 24, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
The ground for the plaintiff's claim shall be as shown in the attached Form 2, and the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 may be recognized by integrating the whole purport of the pleading.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 84,180,000 won and damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum from February 24, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
