On October 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on October 11, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 11, 2013.

1. Larceny;

A. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on December 18, 2014, stolen, using the gap where surveillance was neglected, the Defendant used the gap where C was locked at the shower room of the 1156 father-gu, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul and the 1156 father-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, the lower court: (a) and (b) one copy of the BC credit card owned by the victim, which was located inside the wall.

B. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking away one copy of BC credit card, which was contained in the victim’s wall that was located in the victim’s inner area, in a branch room of the National Bank E branch of the National Bank E branch in Bupyeong-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul, in a state that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to a polar disorder; (b) the Defendant took away one copy of BC credit card, which was contained in the victim’s wall that was located in the place where the victim F was able to engage in business

2. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) around December 22:52, 2014, in the state that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, the Defendant was running from the “Imina” operated by the Victim H on the 1st floor located under the Y in Bupyeong-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, as if the Defendant was the J.

A stolen credit card sales slip of KRW 40,000,000 shall be issued to the victim by presenting one copy of the stolen credit card BC credit card under the name of J, and shall be used by signing and delivering it to the signature column. Such deception by the victim shall be exempted from the payment of KRW 400,00,000 from the victim, and an amount equivalent to the above 1,426,420 won shall be imposed by using the stolen credit card as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
