There was no intention to assist the defendant in arranging sexual traffic C.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence examined by the lower court, the following facts and circumstances are recognized.

The defendant may be recognized based on his/her intention to assist the act of arranging sexual traffic C.

A. At around 03:00 on May 24, 2015, C sent to “I hotel” located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the place where the Defendant reported and contacted sexual traffic advertisements on the content of “L” on the part of “J”, a promotion site for Internet sexual traffic, and “L”, and the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from the unwritten male descendants employed by C, and had C do sexual traffic women sexual intercourse with their male customers.
