1. As to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party),
A. As to the real estate stated in [Attachment E] Nos. 7, 8, and 15 of the Schedule.

On May 6, 2013, AH, a final assistance of the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) was declared missing on the ground that “The Act on Finding the Truth of the Damage from North Korea Madoned during the Korean War and Restoration of Honor of the Victims,” and Article 13 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act were determined as abductees. On June 16, 2011, the Seoul Family Court (Seoul Family Court Decision 2010No. 2947, Aug. 31, 1950) declared missing on the ground that “the period of disappearance was expired on August 31, 1955 as the death or death was unknown for at least five years after August 31, 195.”
As AH died on August 31, 1955, the mother, who is a lineal ascendant, succeeded to the AI. On August 15, 1959, the AI died, and the wife AK, a child, AL, and AM succeeded to the inheritance by substitute. On January 22, 1983, AK died on the death of January 22, 1983, and AL succeeded to AL, a child, AM, a child of the husband, the designated person, the plaintiff, the designated person, AO, and AP, the child of the AI.
On the other hand, the details of change and division of ownership of each real estate listed in the attached list are as shown in the attached list of real estate and documentary evidence.
[The competent registry office of registration listed in the above annexed sheet is Suwon District Court of Suwon, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Q No. 9832 on March 16, 1965 on the land listed in Annex A No. 9832 on March 16, 1965 on the land listed in Annex A No. 9832 and the land listed in Annex A No. 8776 on March 10, 1965 on the land listed in Annex A No. 14 on March 14, 1965 is completed by the former "Act No. 1657 on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of General Farmland (Act No. 1657 on September 17, 1964)." The title holder of transfer registration completed as No. 3070 on September 6, 1955 on the land listed in Annex A No. 10 on the annexed sheet is a clerical error in Annex A. 1 through 19 on the land mentioned in Annex A.
