1. The Defendant was dated June 4, 2015 with respect to the Plaintiff’s shares of 1/10 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
1. Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 10 (including the number of branch numbers) and the purport of the whole pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff acknowledged that each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet was held under title trust with 1/10 shares of 1/10 to the clan members including the defendant (in light of the relationship between co-owners in the name of title and the fact that the certificate of registration is held), and on the other hand, the fact that the duplicate of the complaint of this case, including the declaration of intention to terminate the title trust, was delivered to the defendant on June 4,
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the ground of termination of title trust as of June 4, 2015 with respect to the shares of 1/10 of each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
