1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Among the 144.36 square meters of the third floor of the building listed in the attached Form 14.36 square meters, each point of the indication of drawings is 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 1.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

However, the Plaintiff asserts that Nonparty C, a lessor, seeks reimbursement from the lessee’s deposit after deducting the remainder of the rent of KRW 4,00,000 from the lease deposit of the Plaintiff, who is the lessee, when the Plaintiff was handed over the leased building from August 2017 to November 2018, which was in arrears by the Defendant. As such, the Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant also seeks a prior claim for the amount equivalent to the above overdue rent.

The plaintiff's claim for this part is not accepted, since there is no evidence to prove that the plaintiff agreed to the defendant that he agreed to recover the above amount of overdue rent in advance.
