1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,000, and its annual rate from July 1, 201 to March 4, 2019, and the following.
In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the facts as shown in the annexed sheet can be acknowledged, and there is no counter-proof by the defendant.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 80 million won with 5% per annum under the Civil Act from July 1, 2011 to March 4, 2019 (the day on which the copy of the complaint of this case was served) and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim is accepted and the decision is rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
