The Defendant is a person who served as the Vice Minister of Business of the Victim (State) D in Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, from February 22, 2008 to July 4, 2014.

Since the defendant is in charge of purchasing and selling non-ferrous metals, etc. while managing the customer as the Vice Minister of Business of the victim, he/she has a duty to conclude a contract with the customer for the benefit of the victim.

Nevertheless, on September 1, 2012, the Defendant established “F” under the name of the Defendant’s mother E, the same kind of business as the victim, and began to operate the “F” business against the customer managed by the Defendant at the victim’s office.

On September 28, 2012, the Defendant entered into a supply contract in the name of “F”, which is not the victim, from G, the customer of the victim, to enter the victim, and then supplied 2,397,800 won of Aluminium products, etc., and acquired financial benefits by receiving the price, and caused considerable damage to the victim.

In addition, from that time until June 30, 2014, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 1,105,250,861 through 124 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and suffered a total of KRW 1,105,250,861 from that time, and suffered a loss equivalent to the same amount.
