The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the charge of this case (excluding the part on which the court of first instance acquitted the Defendant on the ground) was found guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of false entry in the authentic copy of the authentic deed and the crime of uttering of the authentic copy of the authentic deed.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
