1. Facts of recognition;
A. The conclusion of the contract for the establishment of a charnel house between C and the Plaintiff (1) A religious organization C (hereinafter “C”) located in D in Pakistan-si (hereinafter “C”) around 2000 decided to establish a private charnel house of F in C (hereinafter “the instant charnel house”) according to the Plaintiff’s proposal.
(2) Around that time, C and C agreed to jointly manage and operate the proceeds deposited prior to the completion of the business by bearing all the expenses incurred by the Plaintiff in establishing the instant charnel. As a result, C and C agreed to jointly manage and operate the said charnel house at the time of the completion of the business.
(3) On January 15, 200, C prepared and delivered a power of attorney (certificate No. 1) to the Plaintiff on January 15, 200 (hereinafter “instant contract for the establishment of a charnel house”), stating, “A shall delegate the authority to the Plaintiff for the selection of the city construction and the entire right of sale for charnels to be constructed within the C temple, shall be delegated to the Plaintiff, until the completion of sale, and the said delegation shall not be transferred to another person or delegated to a third party.”
